QL> startup

    Hello Srinivas,
    I am having issues in creating these files for oracle 19c. It gives me below error:
    SQL> ORA-01261: Parameter db_recovery_file_dest destination string cannot be translated
    ORA-01262: Stat failed on a file destination directory ​

    I see below files in /opt/oracle/product/19c/dbhome_1/dbs.
    drwxr-xr-x 1 oracle dba 4096 May 20 08:31 .
    drwxr-xr-x 1 oracle dba 4096 May 19 11:12 ..
    -rw-r--r-- 1 oracle dba 3079 May 14 2015 init.ora
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 oracle dba 49 May 19 11:12 orapwORCLCDB -> /opt/oracle/oradata/dbconfig/ORCLCDB/orapwORCLCDB
    lrwxrwxrwx 1 oracle dba 54 May 19 11:12 spfileORCLCDB.ora -> /opt/oracle/oradata/dbconfig/ORCLCDB/spfileORCLCDB.or

    But, when I try to create spfile after setting export ORACLE_SID=ORCLCDB. it gives me below error
    SQL> CREATE PFILE FROM SPFILE='/opt/oracle/oradata/dbconfig/ORCLCDB/spfileORCLCDB.ora';
    CREATE PFILE FROM SPFILE='/opt/oracle/oradata/dbconfig/ORCLCDB/spfileORCLCDB.ora'
    *
    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-01565: error in identifying file
    '/opt/oracle/oradata/dbconfig/ORCLCDB/spfileORCLCDB.ora'

    Or
    SQL> create pfile='/opt/oracle/product/19c/dbhome_1/dbs/initORCLCDB.ora' from spfile;
    create pfile='/opt/oracle/product/19c/dbhome_1/dbs/initORCLCDB.ora' from spfile
    ERROR at line 1:
    ORA-01565: error in identifying file '?=/dbs/spfile@.ora'
